Spikey ball with Anmol- Rhomboids

By mark

Upper back pain and stiffness associated with prolonged sitting, poor posture and repetitive upper limb tasks can commonly be attributed to tightness of the upper back muscles. One of these muscle groups are our rhomboids, which are found between our shoulder blades and spine. The rhomboids often develop knots or trigger points causing that aching soreness through our back, neck and chest. Using a spikey ball is a great way to relax and loosen these muscles!

The following video demonstrates how to use a spikey ball to release the rhomboid muscles.
